Landinfra is investigating the possibility of building a solar park about 1 km northwest of Skabersjö estate in the municipality of Svedala. The area is also located in the vicinity of Malmö’s Oxie and Toarp districts. The park is planned to occupy an area of approximately 12 hectares of the property Skabersjö 26:1. If built, the farm could have a total installed capacity of around 10 MW and produce fossil-free electricity for the region for about 40 years.

In December 2023, Landinfra sent a consultation notification to the County Administrative Board of Skåne and is now awaiting their feedback.
