SKABERSJÖ VÄST SOLAR PROJECT

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Landinfra is investigating the possibility of building a solar park about 1 km northwest of Skabersjö estate in the municipality of Svedala. The area is also located in the vicinity of Malmö’s Oxie and Toarp districts. The park is planned to occupy an area of approximately 12 hectares of the property Skabersjö 26:1. If built, the farm could have a total installed capacity of around 13 MW and produce fossil-free electricity for the region for about 40 years.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE PROJECT

In January 2025, Landinfra conducted a consultation with the County Administrative Board of Skåne and the Svedala municipality. Throughout 2025, several surveys and studies of nature and wildlife will be carried out, which will then form the basis for the project’s environmental impact assessment.
