Torsås solar project

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Landinfra is planning to build a solar park just south of the town of Torsås in Torsås Municipality. The project area is expected to cover approximately 20 hectares, spread across three properties: Torsås 9:1, 12:1, and 18:1. If the park is built, it could have a total installed capacity of around 20 MW and produce fossil-free electricity for approximately 40 years.

PROJECT UPDATE

The permit application for the project, including the related investigations, consultation report, and environmental impact assessment, was submitted during the first quarter of 2025. The project is currently being processed by the permitting authority.

Landinfra is continuously working on the technical design of the project to ensure the best possible design. In parallel, Landinfra is investigating the conditions for connecting the project to the power grid together with the electricity grid owner.
